In 2020, Higher Promos moved further towards sustainability by educating our clients on eco-friendly products and processes. It has always been our desire to reduce our impact on the planet, and this is one of many steps we will continue to take.
In 2021, we are happy to announce we will be donating a portion of our profits to One Tree Planted. One Tree Planted plants trees all across the globe to combat deforestation. For instance, they are replanting some areas of recent fire destruction near our World Headquarters here in the Pacific Northwest.
Higher Promos also offers eco-friendly products that support 1% for the Planet. 1% for the Planet donates to non-profits throughout the world to offset environmental destruction, and also works towards social justice.
In addition, we are expanding our eco-friendly selections by recommending more sustainable options, including:
-Organic apparel that carries vetted certifications like Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)
-Ethically sourced hemp apparel
-Recycled fabric apparel
-Water-based screen printing inks, when appropriate
-Fair Trade Certified – our primary manufacturers are diligent when it comes to upholding the highest workplace standards
